I collaborated with an interdisciplinary team, including researchers and product managers, to ideate and develop a chatbot loan system. This chatbot facilitates convenient loan accessibility by leveraging users' mutual fund portfolios. I also worked with Experian to develop an efficient credit score dashboard that summarises the credit activity.
